Northeast Computer Services has the resources to recover your data from a failed system or drive*. We know that lost data can be a terrible experience. We provide data recovery services for Windows and Macintosh computers, as well as servers, RAID arrays and other systems.

How long will it take to get my data?

The average service time on a standard data recovery service can take up to 1-3 business days. If the drive can’t be accessed the recovery time can take up to 5 business days.  Please note that these times are estimates, we do not guarantee service will be complete in 5 business days.

Every situation is different. We will assess the drive and give you a cost and time estimate.

*We cannot guarantee that all of your data can be recovered. Sometimes the drives are physically damaged and the data is inaccessible. We can diagnose the problem and let you know which files can be recovered.
